Focus Groups

In preparation for each focus group we prepare a draft discussion guide for client approval. The discussion guide is an important document that reflects agreement between the client and The Osborne Group as to which topics will be covered. It is used as a navigational tool for discussion with sufficient flexibility to allow the discussion to proceed in fruitful, if sometimes unexpected directions. The discussion guide insures that the most critical topics will be covered. Then, following consultation with the client, we assume broad responsibility for making the necessary arrangements for each of the scheduled focus groups, including scheduling dates and interview locations, identifying and recruiting participants, and arranging for video taping, audio taping and refreshments.
